Replaced the entire system at 5 years just to see if it hardened, lost flexibility, lost transparency or had chafed any going thru bulkheads etc. None of the above happened, although I do wrap the tubing with electrical tape at points that could chafe and use hose clamps slightly tightened just upstream of a small AL Tbg upset coming off the day tank, wing tanks etc. I would guess that it's the same stuff that Vern furnishes only clear. I know some of the troops thow up on the stuff, but the alternative..think about it,AL Tbg, vibration, work hardening, and....
