Even if you have your plane registered out of state
they will still get you. They check records/spy at
airports. Even if your N number is registered out of
state but they notice you in Ca they will come after
you. You'll need to give them records (maintenance,
annual, hangar/tie-down, etc. to prove that you're
really based out of state. Big brother is watching and
wants your money. "been there, done that" PAID FOR IT.
