I too got the hardware kit and I set mine up with the blueprint.  It will
match but there
are quite a few combinations that you can come up with.  Some times turning a
bracket around (front to rear) will change the alignment.  With the double
bearings be sure and put a bolt thru the center with a nut and take you time
checking the free rotation often. It should rotate with no effort.
