I am not going to go back to the drawing board to see where the idea came
from, but I made and installed partial ribs at the leading outboard edge of
the stub wing skins.  I can't imagine that I made it up from thin air, and
believe that somewhere the "destructions" told me to do so.  Simple thing to
do and seems so right!  Ed Selby
