I'll add my 2 cents worth to what a couple of others have said. I didn't think of putting my rudder trim on a switch, but used the extra button (at Infinity's suggestion) as a starter button. After engaging the starter several times inadvertantly or when I meant to transmit, I disconnected this and now use only the key for starting. As an old military guy, I use the coolie hat for pitch and roll and have a separate rocker for rudder. We use a separate switch for rudder trim in airliners as well. If I weren't used to it that way, I'd make th coolie hat switch for pitch and yaw. Jim Cameron's right- you use rudder trim a lot and aileron very seldom. If I had to do it over again, I'd simply swap out the button I'd used for my starter and put a left/right toggle for the rudder trim. I may still do this when my fix-it list dwindles and I have some time on my hands. By the way, I've never had an instance of inadvertantly bumping the trigger to transmit. That one is a no brainer and works great for me. Skip Slater N540ES
