A/P = disconnect is a maybe, but I'd keep everything else off the stick. In my experience with ES's, you adjust the rudder trim at least ten = times more often that aileron trim, so to me it makes sense to have the = rudder on the stick, the aileron on the panel. On my last one, I put a = COM swap switch on one of the positions, but wouldn't do it again. Too = easy to bump it without noticing and then be transmitting on the wrong = radio.
