With that part out of your = way, you can use wedges to delaminate the 4 bid from the remaining = plexiglass and again to delaminate the plexiglass from the fuselage. If = you can get the plexiglass ring out in one piece, you may be able to use = it as a pattern for the new one.=20 Easily done over a weekend with simple garden tools.
