Somewhere in my distant (and therefore not very accurate) memory I seem to recall hearing about a windshield that was damaged by chemicals (it may have been on the factory IV-P) and they replaced it by taking it out the front!! I remember thinking "No F*%&$ng  way on a P!" but, stranger things have happened. Perhaps it is just an urban legend.
