You must remember that a group of individuals in a firm work together and
develop a team and fellowship.  Also jobs are interesting for from 4-10
years and changes occur.  The old guard started rolling out and a new group
came on board and eventually a total turnover occurs.  During the early
years of Neico aviation it is exciting and new.  The employee roll over is a
normal occurance in the maturation of a business.  Changes do occur and must
be accepted.  I am however glad to have been involved in building a 360
under the older experienced team and finished the plane under that system.
For those of you who are suffering through a transition, you need to obtain
your support from various sources.  Lancair is an unusual company and I am
sure there are other kit firms that provide very little, if any, support.
