While I read virtually every posting on this forum every day, I very
rarely send messages.  I am however compelled to express my dismay at
hearing that Mark is leaving (hopefully just a rumor).  

I currently own 3 Lancairs, one ES and one 320, that are complete and
another 360MKII approximately 50% done.  I am currently in the process
of buying a nearly completed Lancair IV.

My decision to move forward with this most recent purchase will be
affected by what I see happening at Lancair.  More and more valuable
resources continue to leave.  As someone else posted on this forum,
there are certainly other good people out there available for Lancair to
hire, but as I have found in my business, it is very difficult to
replace experience and passion, such as that that has been displayed by
some of these fine folks.  Mark is clearly one of those.

I hope to find that this is nothing more than a rumor.
