One of the most valuable assets of any company is its people. When KEY employees are leaving at this rate, a company has a problem regardless of the reason. Short term profits are better since the long term, more highly skilled people are replaced with lower paid people. It will take many years to replace the experience. Meanwhile the capability of the company suffers. I hope Joe Bartels has a good business plan; we all have a significant interest in the success of his company.
