It was the demo kit at Sun N Fun that year and had the nose gear assembled to the engine mount. The strut started leaking a couple of months later and leaked until we packer it up and sent it back to the factory for re-work last week. Bothe Robert and Vern were very helpful and Vern gave us an estimate of a 2-3 day turnaround, depending on his rebuilder's other work at the factory. Will let you know (A) If it takes much longer and (B) if they charge us for it. Robert told us at Sun N Fun last year and this year that there would be no charge. I personally cannot complain on this issue at all. We called Vern yesterday to order a few parts for shipment in the return box. He was handling the shop alone - taking all of the orders - so we left a message. I believe that he tries very hard does the best he can with the help they have. Just another data point for the plot.
