I have always been able to get through to Mark Mahnke. I usually leave a voice mail if he is not around and he gets back to me within a day or two. I completed my IVP in December and still occasionally call Mark for recommendations. The support I have had throughout the project has been absolutely top notch. Could be worse-- you could be building something from Microsoft and paying for support by the minute. Besides if you have a  question just call me or someone else (Charlie Kohler) who has walked this road before. We are all here to help. :)
