It is nearly non-existent, probably due to workload. But Joe Bartels is a different story. I sent him an email during the discussion a few weeks ago about the vertical fin rework on the L-IV-P. He answered the next day, saying that there was no plan for such a rework. Joe's trying very hard to keep us happy.
