I'm running out of methylene chloride. Last time I bought some, I worked for
a company where we had an account with Fisher Scientific. At the company
discount, I bought a gallon for $40. (It was gas chromatograph grade -- what
a waste of purity!) I recall having a big problem finding it anywhere else.
OK, guys, where do y'all buy yours? I will be looking for another gallon in a
few months and I don't know where to find it.

[Start by calling local chemical companies, one of them should either
have it in stock or be able to point you to a source. Also, give your
local furniture refinisher a call... if he has a paint stripping tank he probably buys the stuff by the drum. The last gallon I purchased was
through a chemical company in Tampa, I'll get their name and post it
here later. A single gallon cost me $32 plus shipping, but a 5-gallon pail was priced at $135, shipping cost would be the same.
