That was not my point, nor has it been my experience. The ONE thing that I have been really unhappy about is the quality of the old engine cowlings - but I understand that they have now done something about that and I hope that the later builders don't have to deal with them. BUT - I am not willing to leave the impression that I haven't received quality from Lancair, either in the kit components or the builder support. As I near completion I remain a great FAN of the company, the product, and the support. I am sorry that I said anything if it was to be interpreted so negatively. I should have remembered what Thumper Rabbit's daddy said, "If you can't say nothin' good, don't say nothin' at all." I have never known a business - any business - that would have hung in there with so many of us perfectionists for so long. Sorry for the bum rap. Ed Selby
