I just came back from the airport where I looked at my oil cooler and
door, and I am positively astounded.  The door is attached on the forward
side, not the aft side as I envisioned in my memory.  Thus, when I pulled the
cable, it was shutting, not opening!  Duh!  Additionally, if I read the damned
label on the control, I would have figured this out!

Alzheimers is imminent. If you can delete my posting of this morning, I would
appreciate it.
