Hello all,

The time has come to add weight to the lower leading edge of the rudder.
I understand the concept elevator and aileron balancing to avoid flutter possibilities but I'm not sure about the reasons for weight in the rudder since it is not 100% mass balanced. The manual simply tells you to do it but does not give a reason why.

Perhaps one of you could explain.
Off to SnF this morning so I'm sure I'll get an answer there...just thought this might be of interest to this group.
