Is there some sort of formula or rule of thumb that allows me to take the sea level takeoff distance for my Lancair ES and figure the takeoff distance required for above sea level airports?  If I require one thousand feet of runway at sea level, what should I figure for an airport at, say, five thousand feet?  Probably something I missed somewhere.  Thanks for the help.
