Greetings,

 

I am about to make the attachment from rudder cables to rudder control horn.  I have seen several LNC2s that have the “tab” portion of the cable end fitting bent about 15 deg in order to align the cable properly.  Is this okay to do?  Or, should some sort of ball fitting be used instead?  Suggestions?  See the attached photo.
