I almost hate to say this, but you might check out
the seat belts and shoulder harness available through Van's. Yeah, I know,
even thinking about putting RV accessories in a Lancair, well, sort of makes me
feel like a traitor. But I know someone who used them in a 320 and had no
complaints. Just thought I'd mention it.
