I just wanted to post that we are having an airport open house
at Ford Airport in Iron Mountain, MI (IMT).  In the past Scott
Kruger (Greyhawk) and his friend Arnie have come up for
the event and drawn a lot of attention on the ramp with their
Lancair's. There are two of us based here building Lancair's
so it is really nice when we get to see the finished product
fly in and are able to show our friends that these projects in
our garages actually do fly some day.
   We will have a P-51, an L-29 or two, a couple T-6's, 2
Stearmans, the Ford Tri-Motor, possibly a TBM Avenger
and a B-25 Bomber.  We will also have a bunch of my fellow
Mooney friends coming in.  It would be great to see a few
Lancairs.  The event is Saturday, September 21.  If someone
