I can't remember if your using the Sierra Flight System but in case most folks don't know that the SFS has a Gear Reminder built in. Since it knows the AGL over the runway altitude it gives you a very clear " CHECK GEAR, CHECK GEAR" at 500 ft about the landing zone. I fine this a very good interruption on short final.
