I hate to ask this after the stall practice debate, but does anyone spin their 360/320. I”ve practiced stalls, no big deal but am nervous about trying to spin it.
What other aerobatics are people doing in these aircraft?
I like to do rolls once in a while and are very easily done. At 160 knots, pitch up about 30-degrees, unload the stick (neutral position), then full left or right aileron. Wheeeeeee....!!!! Round we go...
I've never spun the Lancair and don't intend to, ever. I've read from the experts that the spin charateristics are unpredictable depending on the amount of fuel in the wing tanks. More predictable spins if wing tanks are empty, with only fuel in header tank.
