My 2 cents:  Top console first - cause there is no problem deforming the top and easy to work on upside down.

Windows next after the top is fitted and equipped with fasteners such that is will go on each time in exactly same position.  I installed one window at a time;  allowing each one to set up for a day or two, then went to the next window.  Should be mentioned that all windows were fitted in place with bolts and washers before I started appying any adhesive.  The windshield was first, then the side, then the rear.  There is something to be said for leaving the copilots window until all the door latches are in place.  Not much fun crawling out the baggage door.

Cant help much with the fastbuild door cause I built my door from scratch;  except to say that it is possible to install the door frame with the top upside down.  Real easy to work on.  Again, make sure that the hardware is such that the top goes on in exactly the same place and put the top on to permit all adhesive to set.

Happy building,  Bill Hogarty  LIV-P @ 94%
