With it, you give only a short puls upward on the flap-switch and your flaps go automatically one step up, no more, no less ! The whole time you can look to the runway to keep the heading and attitude you need! Then, after you reach enough height, you give another pulse-upward to the flaps an they raise to the next step, till reaching their full-up-position! So it doesn't matter if your flaps will go up (or down) faster or not, because they will move only for one (or also more then one, but only if you want (giving more than only one pulse to the flap-switch)!!) step up or down!! Lino Missaggia, Altstaetten, Switzerland Jim Hergert writes, "If for some reason you have to make a go around from full flaps you better be very careful and really watch how fast you let them up, but you have to be very fast at inching up the lever and back to center, not easy to get. I haven't had to do a go around from full flaps yet."
