In other words, Bill Harrelson is right. He used -3/4 degree. I constructed the 1/2 degree wooden jig and then bought a digital level and set it to another 1/2 degree in error. My incidence is -1 degree and, like Bill, photos show that the elevator is nicely faired in at cruise.
