Wow, you must be some kind of litigation happy nut. Whenever I purchase products and someone inquires as to what the usage will be my standard answer is: "I'm building a boat". Of course I may decide to put wings on my "boat" someday, so that may change... ;) Another builder I know bought a 47/64" drill bit to drill his holes for his wing pins (Wheeler Express). He then reamed them to fit. Anyway, the bit came with a 1/2 shank. He took it to a machine shop who turned it so it would fit in his drill. He had paid the guy and had the bit in his hand when the owner of the machine shop asked what he was going to use the odd size drill bit for. When he told him the machine shop owner replied "If I had know what it was for I never would have done it". I use Dow Derakane for my resin and I have to buy from Aircraft Spruce or Express Aircraft. Dow won't send me MSDS info, won't even talk to me. Jeff Dingbaum Wheeler Express 5%
