One comment about wiring your redundant electric fuel pumps in parallel, if either fuel pump happens to fail with a shorted motor winding(not an uncommon failure mode) that pump will cause the circuit protection to trip and will leave the other fuel pump unusable. There goes your redundancy. You might consider separate circuits, including fuses/circuit breakers and control switches to achieve true redundancy.
