I think those who say they quickly adapt to flying left-handed are missing the point. Yes, you adapt. But do you ever get as good as you would be flying with your right hand? I doubt it. Let me parrot one of the definitions of the "dominant hand" used by those who research such things: the hand that performs faster or more precisely on manual tests [tasks] Enroute it probably doesn't matter. Probably doesn't matter much even for most landings. But which hand do you want controlling the aircraft when things get really "interesting" and when fractions of a second are critical? The hand that performs faster and more precisely, or the other one? Take your time before answering. :-) If I can do this cheaply (money *and* time) without adversely impacting anything else, I'll likely go with two throttles.
