Hey Rick,

   "I did  not drill drain holes since I only installed one rib."

If you fly up here in the Pacific Northwest you better drill a hole in that
rib.  That aileron is not flat( I believe the wing has a 3 degree dihedral)
with the horizon and water will trap on one side. Especially in one of our
two inch downpours.
