 Question.  I am under the impression that if you are the beneficiary of a
 trust and you indirectly control it, can't a judge compel you to pay up from
 the trust because, while you do not own the trust, you have "an incidence of
 control" and the judge will compell you to control it for the benefit of the
 petitioner?  I have read in some literature where an individual refused an
 order to do so and the judge cited him for contempt of court, placed him in
 jail until he complied witht he court order.
