Even the "normalized" version won't result in the same engine life as the original NA engine. I assume you plan to use a centrifugal compressor and in that case how do you make it work efficiently at 385 hp at 22,000 ft, which would probably equate to about 40+ inches manifold pressure and a pressure ratio of about 3.
