I can't believe that anyone is willing to fly an airplane with a high-speed
vibration in the stick. This is probably the warning of flutter before a
control surface leaves the aircraft. You really don't want to be that sort
of a test pilot.
If you feel such a vibration, SLOW DOWN NOW. As soon as you you land, check
for damage. Then check for balance and control slack. Something is very
wrong. It needs to be repaired before the next flight.
