I suggest you install the cable guides, and provisions for attachment of the
passenger side pedals to leave your options open.  When I bought by 235, it
had dual pedals (with brakes) but I removed them before I ever flew the
plane for several reasons:
1. There have been a number of incidents involving brake lock up attributed
to the dual brake setup.
2. Rudder cable friction was significant in my installation.  Fru Fru
duster worked great to reduce friction and sticking.
3. Weight
4. Passenger leg room & knee panel clearance
These issues may be less inportant in the 320/260 or Legacy, as power and
cockpit dimensions are larger.
