Bob,

I share your same concern about selling a homebuilt and the associated
potential liability issues, but I've learned to say/think "never say never".
I'm hoping to never sell my plane and pass it down as a family "heirloom"
(er, "Legacy" ...).  At my current build pace I'll be almost dead when it is
finished, so I don't think I'll get bored with flying it and want to sell
anytime soon.  The main reasons for dual right side controls in my mind are
safety and the fact that my brother (CFII) and I will be taking most of the
long trips together and we will likely share a lot the flying  ...
