How about removable right side rudder pedals?  If you buy the adjustable
pedals for the left side you already have a std set.  I am thinking about no
brakes on the right (if any instructor, etc. is too nervous without brakes
they can skip it) and just leave the cables in place.  This would save a lot
of weight the price of 2 master cylinders and provide the foot room most of
the time.
