Watch the alignment with the hysol. It is so slick and sloppy that we had a hell of a time getting it in place and then after clamping, it shifted again. Clecos thru the rivet holes should help, but the mid section still wandered out of alignment a bit. We use a pair of the very long needle nose pliers to get the pin out. Don't have the final solution yet on securing the pin against backing out. WE are thinking about drilling the pin and hinge on the last hinge block and putting a piece of safety wire thru the hole. Not elegant, but should work. Any other ideas, folks?
