Do you remember what your airspeed was at 100 and 25 ft. 100 feet
sounds real high to be starting a transition to the flare.

Weight was about 1,567 lbs, speed was about 100 mph but don't forget the most important, I was descending at 2,000 ft/min with 45 degrees of flaps. Apparently it takes more than you or I thought to stop this descent rate with this flap angle.
