The rebuilder told me the worked looked excellent and the magniflux check was good. It failed shortly after takeoff 208 hours later. The play between the front three quarters and rear quarter of the crankshaft (rear main failed) threw the timing off so much there was no power. When turning the prop after the accident the valves and mags operated but the timing was way off.
