A gentleman a while back (can't remember his name) posted a message about an insurance agency in Kansas.  I called them and it paid off.  Avemco wanted $3600 for 50K hull insurance.  The company I went with (the one in Kansas...I just got the coverage Friday so I don't have the paperwork yet) gave me the same coverage for $1600.  That's a 10% deductible, but that's fine with me.  Coverage was 1 mil liability & 100K passenger.
