I've got the photo and film documentation part down pat, but haven't yet discovered a good record keeping system for my time and expenses. I started out using accounting ledger paper, then decided to go "hi-tech" with Excel spreadsheets complete with bar charts, etc - way too "anal" and time consuming. I'm not spunky enough to go the website/home page route - don't even go there! At the end of the day, I'm sure that the neat, orderly documentation scenario is the best approach for the FAA and for any fly-in judges one is trying to impress ... So, what say you, any suggestions?
