I think you may mean Tom Conners, who is located in Bend Oregon, and is the
painter (and artist as far as I am concerned) who paints most of Lancair's
factory aircraft. Tom painted my ES, and he did a spectacular job. One issue
though, he isn't on the airport. He works in his shop behind his home in
Bend, therefore aircraft have to come to him disassembled (mostly new
aircraft to be painted).
