I had the same problem on my 235 with the inner race turning on the shaft.
I ended up having the shafts knurled by a friend who is a machinist. It seems
to have solved the problem.
Don't remember how much knurling was required, but you don't want to go too
far, or getting the wheel off for a tire change will be a problem.
