This makes the forth  incident that I am aware of in which the pilot's
window blew out at 22,000ft.  What is it about that altitude that relates to
these occurrences?  In every instance that I am aware of the Lancair AD that
came out to prevent the window from fracturing was not done on the aircraft.
I would be curious to know if the AD was complied with on this most recently
reported event.
