I have a Lycoming IO-320 which now has almost 300 hours on it.  When 
starting the engine from 'cold' it takes perhaps 3 blades before firing and 
running smoothly.  When the engine is 'warm/hot' it is almost impossible to 
get it to start.  I use the Lycoming recommended method of running the 
electrical booster pump, with the mixture control fully open, for 5 seconds 
for both methods of starting, but when cold, fine - hot, impossible!  Is 
there anyone out there who can advise me on getting the correct method of 
starting a hot injected engine, please?  HELP!

ps., this 'condition' has gradually crept up as the engine gets more hours 
on it - when it was new, this problem did not seem to be apparent.
