As far as I know, there's no oil restrictor in my line. I started of with a 1/8 ID feed line but increased this to 3/16 ID when the first one got crimped. My return line is 1/2 ID. Oil pressure is running at 100PSI on start-up, then a little less when warmed up. I haven't seen any signs of oil smoke from the turbo on either feed line with 2 different turbos.
 
One thing that confuses me is that you say you have AN6 for both feed and return, but the return is bigger. Is that a typo?
