Found a kinked fuel feed line - explains the total failure this morning.
Installed elbows and thicker fuel line to avoid sharp bends,
Test flight this evening: better, but still a tendency of pressure drop. Saw as low as 1.4 psi.

Any ideas?

Sounds like a mystery alright.

- Are you electric pumps the same type?  I'm wondering if one might have better suction capability than the other.
Same part #. Spec'd to 2.5 to 4.5 psi.

- Do you have a fuel pressure sensor on both pumps, or just one?
On both.

- Are your carbs the same?  I'm wondering if there's any chance the center one just doesn't need as much pressure.
Obviously the two outer carb needs twice the flow than the center carb.

- Is there any chance you're losing pressure through that cold start injector that you plumbed in?
That is an excellent possibility. Will try to block off that path tomorrow.

Just some wild guesses to avoid dodging wasps for a couple more minutes.
