I built the new rail last night using parts from the rail Dave sent me = and I'm pretty pleased with it. My decision to use steel instead of = aluminum was a good one as it turned out far lighter than I expected. It = is actually 7 grams lighter than my old aluminum rail. With the lower = thermal conductivity of steel and this new regulator remote mounted = after my fuel cooler, I expect (hope) to completely eliminate the vapour = lock issue with a semi-return-less system. Of course I'll keep you all posted whether ya care or not :-) S.
