Jim,
I do not have all the numbers in front of me at the moment
as to the weight. The FC housing is a pressure casting and
relatively light. The primary difference will be a forward
(Tractor A/C) movement of the 13B C/G. My motive is to put
the prop forward and have the eng cowl fair directly into
the radius of the 16 inch spinner.

Have you determined the weight difference between the "standard" Tracy gearbox support and the bellhousing approach?
Just wondering what was your reasoning for deciding on
this approach.

I could not stand you being the only one with a long
nose (Tail in your case). My RD1C on 86-88 (FC) auto trans
bell-housing.
